Membership Questions

First, simply try killing and then re-launching the app. On most phones, you kill apps by swiping up. If that doesn’t work, the app may need a reminder that you’re a Member. Follow these steps:
Open Brightmind
Click ‘More’
Scroll down and click the yellow ‘Start Membership’ button. This will load the Membership screen.
At the bottom of the screen, click ‘Restore purchases’
If none of that works, use the form below to send us a note. Please tell us all the email addresses that might be associated with your Membership, so we can find it in our database. We’ll do some detective work and make sure your Membership starts working no matter what.
Also: At one point, you were able to sign in and purchase Memberships here on brightmind.com (this is no longer the case). If you think you might have bought your Membership here on our website (as opposed to in the app), then make sure you signed into the mobile app with the same email that you used to sign in on our website when you bought the Membership. You can check which email you used to sign into the Brightmind mobile app by following these steps:
Open Brightmind
Click ‘More’
Scroll all the way down and read the ‘Currently signed in as’ email address
If you think you’re signed in to the wrong account, press “Sign Out” and sign back in using the correct email address.

Open your phone’s Settings app
At the top of the screen, click, ‘Your Name, Apple Account, iCloud+, and more’
Click ‘Subscriptions’
Click ‘Brightmind’
Click ‘Cancel Subscription’
Android Users
Open the Google Play app
In the upper right, click on your Google account profile icon. This brings up a menu.
Click ‘Payments & subscriptions’
Click ‘Subscriptions’
Click ‘Brightmind’
Click ‘Cancel subscription’

At one point, you were able to sign in and purchase Memberships here on brightmind.com (this is no longer the case). If you bought your Membership here on our website, simply use the form below to send us a note. Please tell us all the email addresses that might be associated with your Membership, so we can find it in our database. We’ll cancel your Membership manually.

iPhone Users
Because Apple handled the transaction, they'll be the ones to process your refund. Follow these steps:
Find the email receipt for your subscription
Click “Report a Problem”
Ask Apple for a refund
Unfortunately, if Apple doesn’t approve the refund, there’s nothing we can do.
Android Users
Use the form below to send us a note. Please tell us all the email addresses that might be associated with your Membership, so we can find it in our database. We’ll refund your money as long as it hasn’t been more than 30 days.
