  • First, simply try killing and then re-launching the app. On most phones, you kill apps by swiping up. If that doesn’t work, follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Profile tab

    2. Click “More” in the upper-right

    3. Click the big green button at the top of the screen

    4. Scroll down and click “Restore Previous Purchase”

    If none of that works, use the form below to send us a note. We’ll do some detective work and make sure your Brightmind Membership starts working no matter what.

    Also: At one point, you were able to sign in and purchase memberships here on brightmind.com (this is no longer the case). If you think you might have bought your membership here on our website (as opposed to in the app), then make sure you signed into the mobile app with the same email that you used to sign in on our website when you bought the membership. You can check which email you used to sign into the Brightmind mobile app by following these steps:

    1. Go to the Profile tab

    2. Click “More” in the upper-right

    3. Scroll down and read the “Currently signed in as” email address at the bottom of the screen

    If you think you’re signed in to the wrong account, press “Sign Out” and sign back in using the correct email address.

  • iPhone Users

    1. Open your phone’s Settings app

    2. Click “Your Name, Apple ID, iCloud, etc.” at the top of the screen

    3. Click Subscriptions

    4. Click Brightmind

    5. Click Cancel Subscription

    Android Users

    1. Open the Google Play app

    2. In the upper right, click on your Google account profile icon

    3. Click Payments & Subscriptions

    4. Click Subscriptions

    5. Click Brightmind

    6. Click Cancel Subscription

    Also: At one point, you were able to sign in and purchase memberships here on brightmind.com (this is no longer the case). If you bought your membership here on our website, simply use the form below to send us a note. We’ll cancel your subscription manually.

  • iPhone Users

    Because Apple handled the transaction, they'll be the ones to process your refund. Follow these steps:

    1. Find the email receipt for your subscription

    2. Click “Report a Problem”

    3. Ask Apple for a refund

    Unfortunately, if Apple doesn’t approve the refund, there’s nothing we can do.

    Android Users

    Use the form below to send us a note. We’ll refund your money as long as it hasn’t been more than 30 days.
